Steel Magnolias – Whitehaven Theatre Group

I was lucky enough to be invited to capture the dress rehearsal of Whitehaven Theatre Group’s latest production, Steel Magnolias, at Rosehill. The play is a real rollercoaster of emotions, balancing laugh-out-loud humour with moments of genuine sadness, and the cast delivered it beautifully.

It was a privilege to see all the hard work that’s clearly gone into bringing this story to life — from the detailed set and costumes to the energy and chemistry of the performers on stage. The team at WTG have created something really special, and it’s a production the local community should be proud of.
