The Edge Photography Workshops

Sunday 12th July 2026 at 2pm will be the new date for the session which was cancelled earlier in the year due to the weather. Priority will be given to those who previously registered (please check your inbox for an email update). However, new participants are welcome! Join me, Dave Wilson, in this joint initiative with The Edge and Whitehaven Harbour Commissioners for a free 2-hour photographic workshop around Whitehaven Marina! These sessions provided practical tips and techniques to improve your photography, regardless if you use a Smartphone camera to a DSLR.

This is your chance to have your artwork framed and permanently displayed at The Edge! We are looking for incredible imagery to grace our walls for years to come. You can submit up to three of your best shots, including any favorite photos you’ve taken in the past. Don’t miss the opportunity to become a permanent part of the building’s history! So, if you attended a workshop, you can submit up to 3 photos via the form you registered with. You’ll need a Google account to upload your photos, if you dont have one just sign up for one for this purpose.
